Core Connect Supports is committed to getting our participants to reach their individual goals and live fuller lives. We help our participants create a larger sense of independency, develop their social skills, get them involved in the community and so much more.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
SIL helps people that need assistance daily with supervision, allowing people with disabilities to live as independently as they can in their own homes.

Community Access
Supporting participants engage with their community and become more involved in social, recreational and essential activities. Community Access also includes things like shopping and getting to appointments.

Domestic Activities
Domestic Activities support include household chores or personal care, such as personal hygiene, dressing, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, gardening, managing bills and so on.
