Core Connect Supports can only offer support to participants that are plan-managed and self-managed. We are in the pipeline to become NDIS registered so we can assist more Australians that need support, until then, we are limited to only supporting these specific participants.

Core Connect Supports is a vibrant provider that thinks of outside the box solutions when it comes to providing support for our participants. We are committed to doing as much as we can in our power to take our participants from their current lifestyle situation to a higher quality, more fulfilled lifestyle, reducing strain and alleviating the pain or pressures they're experiencing in their current position.
You can use either NDIS support packages or your personal income and claim reimbursement from NDIS. Both methods require you to submit a payment request through the NDIS myplace participant portal or the my NDIS app.
